These Terms of Sale (“ToS”) govern the subscription and payment conditions for paid services offered on the Crypto 24/24 platform (“the Platform”).

1. Purpose

These ToS define the conditions under which the user may subscribe to the Platform’s PRO and ELITE plans.

2. Services Provided

The Platform provides digital analysis and decision‑support services related to crypto‑assets, available through paid subscriptions.

All services are provided exclusively in digital form.

3. Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in USD Coin (USDC).

The Platform may modify its pricing at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of subscription.

Due to the nature of crypto‑assets, no VAT applies unless legally required.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are made exclusively in USDC via the Arbitrum blockchain.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- crypto‑asset transactions are irreversible;
- no refund can be issued once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain;
- network fees are borne solely by the user;
- the user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the payment address used.

Payment is considered validated once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

5. Service Activation

Access to the services is activated automatically upon payment confirmation.

The user acknowledges that service execution begins immediately after payment.

6. Withdrawal Right

In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately.

By validating the payment, the user:
- expressly requests immediate service execution;
- expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

7. Refund Policy

No refund—full or partial—may be granted, except where legally required.

This rule applies in particular in cases of:
- user error;
- non‑use of the service;
- early termination;
- losses related to trading activities;
- misunderstanding of the Platform’s features.

8. Subscription Duration

Subscriptions are contracted for a fixed term (monthly or yearly).

Unless otherwise stated, they are not automatically renewed.

Any period started is fully due.

9. Termination

The user may terminate their subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period.

No termination gives rise to a refund.

10. Liability

The Platform provides technological tools and does not guarantee any financial results.

The user acknowledges that:
- crypto‑assets are highly volatile;
- trading carries a risk of total or partial capital loss;
- they act under their sole responsibility.

The provider cannot be held liable for:
- financial loss;
- misuse of the tools;
- failure of third‑party services (API, exchange, blockchain);
- force majeure.

11. Restrictions and Fraud

In cases of fraud, attempted fraud, or abusive use, the Platform may suspend or delete the account without notice and without refund.

12. User Obligations

The user agrees to:
- comply with the laws of their country of residence;
- not use the Platform for illegal purposes;
- assume all tax obligations related to their activities.

13. Personal Data

Data is processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments

The Platform may amend these ToS at any time. Updated versions apply upon publication.

15. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
